OUR FOUNDER

Our CEO + Founder, Regina Angeles, is a global talent acquisition pro with 15+ years of experience in building, leading, and driving executive search and corporate recruiting for professional services, media, and technology companies in North America and Asia Pacific (APAC).

In 2009, at the height of the Great Recession, Regina launched the first iteration of her global recruiting firm. Known then as Talent2050, she helped corporations bring overlooked and underrepresented diversity talent into their organizations. Today, under the banner of TalentNow, Regina has expanded her reach to include startups in which she serves as a recruiting and operations consultant.

 

In addition to her consulting and operations work, Regina has served as both advisor and coach, helping diverse jobseekers successfully navigate the last three major economic downturns, find new roles, and execute complete career transitions.

When she is not assisting organizations with their talent OKRs (objectives and key results) or helping people find their dream job, Regina is teaching a professional development course at the School of International & Public Affairs at Columbia University.
